Invitation to Startups

I & my friend Paresh Shah are starting an Angel List of sorts which will invest via a SEBI Registered Category I Angel Fund.

As such, we are looking for startups to invest in .

We intend to use our vast pool of experienced investors to help the co grow & possibly list on the SME platform of NSE/BSE

Here’s what we are looking for:

  • The startup should be less than 10 years old
  • The startup should have more than 20 Cr in FY23 revenues
  • The startup should have less than 100 Cr in FY23 revenues
  • The startup should be tax paying
  • The startup should have little or no debt
  • The startup should have a growth oriented management in place
