But the stock price saw a steep jump at around 11:00 am and again at 2:30 pm….well in advance of the Exchange Announcements

Amusing to see that the Company coming for an IPO has only 8 employees and that too casual and temporary in nature.
Interesting to see that 2/3rds of the Salary cost is for Director’s remuneration
Employees may be casual and temporary but Director’s Salaries aren’t !
