Yesterday, post-market hours, there was a shocking exchange release for Man Industries.
Some strange aspects of this exchange release:
–The SEBI letter is marked 22 Nov, 2021. Yet, this is becoming public only now
– The SEBI letter is not marked to the Stock Exchanges. This is a glaring omission.
-The Exchange Release does not have any covering letter from the Company Secretary.This means that the Exchanges released this communique as soon as they became aware of it
So basically to conclude, neither SEBI nor the Co bothered to timely inform the shareholders of such a material event.
