Dear Raoji,
Reg: Waiter or Owner
I have asked gemini and Claude both the same question “Please anaylse this document and presnt a list of indian companies following the policies outlined in this article. Also outline, whether they are successful using these policies” by uploading this article. The results are almost similar with both outlining Infosys,Wipro,L&T and Marico in their results.
The noteworthy thing was this observation by Claude “A caveat worth flagging: compared with the US examples in the article (Publix, HEICO, Lincoln Electric), Indian ESOPs still skew heavily toward mid-to-senior and white-collar employees — the “factory worker becomes a millionaire” story from HEICO doesn’t really have a mass-manufacturing or retail-frontline equivalent in India yet. The pattern is real and works where it exists, but it’s narrower than in the companies the article highlight.
In this area New age companies like CE Info systems etc have done better.
