Sir I am surprised that we are comparing these two companies but we have to understand that consumer is not ready to pay even 100 rupees extra for a ticket while customers are ready to ignore lot of negatives in a Maruti car due to the ASS and resale value and higher mileage.
And on top of that actually if I am getting some other flight even at a 100 rupee higher price than Indigo i would go with that due to the arrogance of CEO of the company and all the employees.
