100 % correct evaluation done by RJ. In fact, I believe these high valuation companies are nothing but a fraud perpetrated by high flying (read: IIT/IIM/Ivy league) grads to fool investors and make them part with their money. These executives create an elaborate scam by riding on the latest wave of the economic cycle and live out lavish lives at the expense of the company’s cash flow and balance sheet.
And as RJ states multiple times, “I don’t want to attend EVERY party!”. He clearly knows when a Party is out of control and hence avoids it. No point in getting highs at such parties only to wake up next morning in police lockup with a bad hangover.
