Say Bye Bye to CASA

Smacks of micro-management but the Banks brought it upon themselves. RBI has been crying hoarse for decades , asking banks to ensure end- use of funds, ensure that sales proceeds are touted only through lenders accounts etc. These are basics of banking that have been flouted all these years. I have no sympathy for bankers – if they behave like idiots then they deserve to be treated like one
