Not able to understand how a DP can transfer the shares/MF units without the authorization from the transferor/owner. The complaint does not mention the transfer is made to whom – i.e. the transferee.
There is certainly more than what meets the eye.
Is this complaint/allegation not similar to what Reliance ADAG complained when its pledged/encumbered shares were sold by the finance companies with whom the shares were pledged and filed a case in Bombay High Court only to be rebuked by the Court.
