Vakrangee invested in PCJ by purchasing PCJ’s shares in a bulk deal recently. SEBI scrutiny is not a new issue for Vakrangee; in 2012 also Vakrangee had faced a similar issue. Many claim that there is no MOAT in this company and advised their clients repeatedly not to buy the scrip.
