Motabhai has always thought ‘mota’ / big and disruptive strategy. It has paid so far in terms of customer acquisition. Current customer acquisition is mostly for ‘data’ usage and very little for ‘voice’ usage.
Since data and voice is converged in terms of handset/device, therefore, let’s wait and see how the entire game is played out.
It is a different matter that one of the unintended fallout of this game is ‘chotabhai’ being hammed and bludgeoned.
