Don’t know how efficient this mode of communication and management reporting is. Why to air your internal matters on a public platform. To whom do you want to impress and at what cost in terms of confidentiality of company matters.
Rather than sending twitter msg on a public platform, it would be extremely prudent and right to send msg and seek report through private and company managed communication channels.
Seems to be a case of unwarranted ‘twitter activism’ by PSUs.
