Can you kindly suggest me on this company called Patels Airtemp (India) Ltd. It has an order book of 150 Crores, highest ever in its history and also a land bank valued at 60 Crores. Moreover, 2 of its major competitors GEI Industrial Systems and Hindustan Dorr Oliver are in huge losses which is benefitting this company immensely.
