The very statement humans are irrational is wrong .Monkeys can be irrational but not humans.So efficient market theory cannot be defied with nonsensical statements like the one given by Mr.Hugh Young.GOD has created humans with lot of rational thinking i dont know how Mr.Hugh Young ignored it may be due to the fact that he is not only irrational but illogical too.
