Just did a quick calculation over the same 25 year period. For 10% inflation rate (the current national CPI), Rs. 100 will become equivalent to Rs. 8.
Whereas for 11.55% (the current Urban India CPI), Rs. 100 will become Rs. 5.26 over the same 25 year period.
