One reply on “Rajashekar Iyer on Leverage”
Rajashekar Iyer says that “one should use leverage only for short term returns / goals”.
Isn’t it contrary to long held out financial wisdom that one should never leverage for short duration because short duration are fraught with high risk and uncertainty and therefore leverage should be avoided. Rather one should leverage for long term investment /return because in longer run, risks and uncertainties average out and one is comfortable with the leverage which one takes.
