Why were they in such a hurry to exit?

Either something they are privy of, or simply re-balancing/re-juggling their portfolio which all FIIs do regularly. May be even, that Camlin Fine Sciences have been removed from some index or underlying index, etc. which foreign investment vehicles/companies track and have to mandatorily rely upon for benchmarking.
Sirji, is it disclosed in exchange? I tried but unable to get it.. Could you please explain where is it mentioned?
