But for how long prices would remain high – artificially. It has to weather the market forces. Developers and investors cannot keep on asking for artificial high price because of interest burden and/or lost other business opportunities. Besides this, Govt’s / RBI’s crackdown on money laundering would also eventually put pressure to reduce the rates.
