Its again time for shareholders to get together and not allow promoters to take minority for granted; as in the case of Maruti, Vedanta, Reliance..
AB Nuvo actually went up ahead of the news. Similarly Grasim also went up ahead of the news. Whether insider trading or manipulation is no idea. But both these shares went up instead of going down. Today i.e. 12.08.16 (when the news is in public domain), AB Nuvo is down by around more than 20% in the morning hours. Grasim is roughly at the same price except some 1 or 2% downward movement in the scrip.
Varinder Bansal needs to recheck it.
