He is comparing the returns with funds(with charges). As per some survey 96% of funds have underperformed the indices. Hence this suggestion.
Btw..those who don’t read buffet and are into investing they are missing something big…that’s my take.
Agree with Raj.
Also Buffet has billions to manage — opportunities are harder, much better to index S&P500.
