This is Dollar adjusted return. Assuming provided data is authentic If you add Rupee depreciation over a period (Jan 2005 -43 and Jan 2016-66) nominal CAGR return would be 17.85% which is out-performing Nifty CAGR of 14.18%.
With celebrity – star fund manager status and Long-Short fund I was expecting much higher CAGR.
