I suspect all this IPO business of companies with flimsy financials is all a business of money laundering…

We appreciate your feedback, however the promoters have been in business of South India film distribution in northern territory for more than 3 decades.

The promoters have distributed more than 450 films in the northern territory with some blockbusters which includes Sivaji the boss, Dasavathaaram, Endhiran, Thevar Magan, Captain Prabhakaran, Thaana Serndha Kootam, Roja, Oomai Vizhigal etc. Content library of Ganesh Films India Limited includes 696 south indian films, primarily Tamil language films in which the Company has sole, irrevocable and non-exclusive distribution right (including linear & non-linear internet rights / IPTV rights / digital rights under copyright to license, sub-license, distribute, advertise, market and otherwise exploit any platforms or internet or digital based medium) to use the contents / titles for a perpetual term for all the territories in the world including India.

Ganesh Films India Limited was incorporated as Public Limited Company on April 06, 2018 to takeover the film distribution business of “M/s Ganesh Films” a proprietory concern and an agreement for transfer of film distribution business was entered between the Company and M/s Ganesh Films on May 09, 2018.

The financials reflected in Draft Prospectus filed with BSE SME is only for a period from its incorporation till May 20, 2018

We value our investors and happy to address any concerns.
