Interesting to know that:
1. Nilesh Shah,MD Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund has been investing in PPF for atleast 15 years
2.He has so much $ that he does not keep track when minor cheques are not deposited.
Deposited Cheque in PPF account on 2/8/15. Got it back on 28/3/2016 with a scribble matured on 1/4/15. What fantastic service 🙂

Agreed.
With a cap of Rs. 1.5 lakhs per year, this accumulation must pittance looking at his salary, bonus, etc.
Easy to forget his PPF account maturity date ( or even forgetting that this PPF account can be indefinitely extended by a block of 5 years every time) and of course the amount lying in it.
