The fact is still that prices have not come down as much as press/media want us to believe. There are numerous problems in the building construction industry and it is the builder who sorts out all these problems and in the process create a dwelling unit for all of us. You look at all the major cities – there are buildings and flats available because a builder will keep on building flats for buyers and potential buyers. It is like this a rice mill owner will keep on milling the rice or a textile manufacturer will keep on making fabrics and apparels in the hope of potential buyers and the same is being done builders also. Prices of all other raw materials, including cement, steel, labours and plumbing/electrification job, every thing is going up. How can building/flats prices come down. It is a bogey. I am an ordinary consumer and not a builder and not in any way related to a builder in any sense. Leave a Reply Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
