It only shows the big fat consultants/analysts/advisers/merchants bankers which these big corporates appoint for their advisory services and to do due diligence, fail to perform their assigned task and thereby put these big companies into turmoil – legally, financially and even existentially.
In this mad financial advisory business, nothing is sparable – not even the big corporates.
